Feb 14 2026, Saturday Teachings - Gospel program

Understanding from Emmanuel Over the past week, we have been studying the gospel program of God on earth. This gospel program is God’s divine plan in action. It is a spiritual design and activity of God directed toward two main purposes: The salvation of humanity for eternal life. The restoration of humanity back to God. Man lost peace and relationship with the Father because of sin. Just as a loving father desires the return of his prodigal son or daughter, God desires to bring His children back into His Kingdom from which they were separated. We examined this program through John chapter 1, verse 17, which tells us that the law was given through Moses. When we speak of Moses, we speak of the children of Israel, because God chose Israel as His people in order to reveal Himself and ultimately bring all humanity back to Him. The law was part of a dispensation. God works according to times and seasons. Heaven represents God, and the earth represents man. When heaven moves, the earth resp...

Feb 7 2026 Saturday Teachings - Gospel Classification

Understanding from students  The focus was on   gospel repentance . One key truth that stayed with me is that the ability to endure to the end comes from having our salvation confirmed—and that confirmation comes through   genuine and true repentance . True repentance has clear signs: a total rejection of sin and total involvement in the gospel activities of Christ. This means the gospel becomes a  lifestyle , not something we practice only to avoid hell. Repentance is not temporary or situational. There are different types of repentance—event-based repentance, conditional repentance, and emotional repentance. However, the only genuine repentance is repentance that is  based on the gospel itself . It is when the seed of Christ truly enters a person. That is the repentance many of us, including myself, have received—genuine repentance. All other forms of repentance are false and must be rejected. To know Christ is not merely to have an emotional experience or res...

Existing vs Living

Existing vs. Living (Physical Life) Existing means to have breath, to survive, to be present. Ex: People breathe, eat, work, sleep — but many simply exist. Living means to have purpose, meaning, joy, and fruitfulness. Ex: A person who is truly alive uses their life to bless, create, love, and fulfill purpose. “Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceeds from the mouth of God.”  -  Matthew 4:4 Even in physical life, mere survival isn’t true living. Real life depends on God’s word and purpose. Existing vs. Living (Spiritual Life) In the spiritual life , many exist but few truly live .  They go to church.  They read the Bible.  They pray.  But sometimes, these acts are mechanical , not transformational . Existing spiritually means:  You believe in God but remain in your old nature.  There’s no change in character, no fruit, no transformation.  You do religious acts, but your inner life is still ruled by t...

Jan 31 2026, Saturday teachings - The Truth of Gospel Repentance

I initially thought that growing in Christ comes mainly through Bible study and meditation. However, what was taught is that Christ grows in us through   gospel evangelism . When we go out and share the Word with others, that is how Christ grows within us. Scripture was brought out where Jesus said,  “My meat and my drink is to do the will of My Father,”  and the will of the Father is to win souls. In the same way, when Christ lives in us, He grows as we walk in that same purpose. At the same time, we grow  in Christ  through our personal time of Bible study, meditation, and feeding our souls with the Word of God. That nourishment is how we mature spiritually. Another truth that stood out to me is the truth of  gospel salvation —it is the freedom of the spirit man to serve God in righteousness, free from bondage. If there is bondage in our lives, we cannot fully serve God in righteousness. The righteousness spoken of in Scripture involves our effort ...
